3️⃣ Send payment confirmation
If you don’t send it, we won’t be able to track your payment. Your insurance will be put on hold.
⏳ Be kind with time
This is NOT an automated bot service. There’s a real human reading your message—during real working hours. Hestia’s not open 24/7, and we can’t guarantee fast help if you’re in a last-minute rush. Make sure you leave enough time for the process. We recommend at least 2 days notice.
4️⃣ The Insurance pdf document:
- After you send the payment confirmation, you will receive your insurance in PDF. It will be sent to the email you provided in the form. It may take up to 24 hours within working hours. We don’t send pdf document via whatsapp or any other communicator.
- If you don’t receive your insurance in a few hours after sending the payment confirmation, contact us. This ensures you have provided a correct email address.
5️⃣ Password protected
The password is your ID, as you wrote in the form enclosed, including the automatic zeros. In case of doubts see the form you signed and do copy-paste of what is written in the field “YOUR ID DOCUMENT NUMBER = PASSWORD”. Possibly with a few zeros added at the beginning (as the field requires 11 digits).
Please ensure you save the document to your device. We do not have access to the Hestia database and do not store insurance documents due to data protection laws. If you lose it, it may take up to 5 working days to recover the document.
6️⃣ Renewal
The insurance doesn´t renew automatically. We will not contact you automatically when your insurance is due for renewal. If you wish to renew, you must contact us at least 3 working days before your insurance expires. We cannot guarantee that insurance can be issued within a shorter time frame.
