Skydive Atmosfera is operating under the agreement with the DZ operator Club de Paracaidismo Skydive Spain, therefore the DZ operator terms and conditions apply to the activity within Skydive Atmosfera.

  1. The final decision on your suitability to skydive rests entirely with the center and instructors, and you must comply with the center’s rules as well as those of Skydive Atmosfera at all times.
  2. Tandem instructors are properly licensed, and this license includes Third Party Liability insurance which covers him/her and his/hers passenger in the case of negligence. In the case of any injury that would require medical attention, the Tandem passenger would cover the costs until responsibility is established. If the tandem passenger wants additional coverage, they may become a member of Federación Andaluza de Deportes Aéreos for an additional cost.
  3. The Tandem Jump reservation’s weight limit is 110kg. However, for those customers who weigh over 95.0kg, we must use a suitable instructor and suitable equipment and have our Safety Officer confirm their mobility. There is a charge of 45€ for this service, payable on the day of the jump. All tandem passengers are subject to a physical evaluation regardless of their weight.
  4. Unless otherwise specified, gift certificates are not included in the tandem promotions.

For this reason, we do not recommend bringing young children or elderly people to wait with you.
  8. We cannot guarantee the number of tandem customers jumping on each flight, as there are too many variables which dictate the order in which customers jump and the number of customers on any one flight. For this reason, you should be prepared that you may be on a flight with no other tandem customer.

  11. Solo students are bound to declare the necessary documents before making skydiving activity at Skydive Atmosfera and Skydive Spain showing sufficient insurance to cover any medical costs or similar and the mandatory Third Party Liability cover. EU members are reminded that European Health Insurance Card may not cover all medical costs and does not cover any long term medical or repatriation costs.
