1) Scope & Operator
Skydive Atmosfera operates under an agreement with the dropzone (DZ) operator Club de Paracaidismo Skydive Spain. Therefore, the DZ operator’s terms and conditions apply to all activities conducted with Skydive Atmosfera.
2) Eligibility & Authority
Your suitability to skydive is determined solely by Skydive Spain and its instructors. You must comply at all times with the rules of Skydive Spain and Skydive Atmosfera.
3) Insurance (Tandem)
- All tandem instructors hold the required licenses. Their license includes Third‑Party Liability (TPL) insurancecovering the instructor and passenger in case of negligence.
- If an injury requires medical attention, the tandem passenger is responsible for costs until liability is established.
- Additional personal coverage is optional. You may obtain it through the Federación Andaluza de Deportes Aéreos (FEADA) for an additional fee.
4) Weight & Physical Assessment (Tandem)
- Maximum weight: 110 kg.
- Over 95 kg: an appropriate instructor/equipment is required and a Safety Officer must confirm your mobility. A €45 service fee applies (payable on the day).
- All tandem passengers are subject to a physical evaluation regardless of weight.
5) Gift Vouchers (Tandem)
- Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates are not included in tandem promotions.
- Gift vouchers must be paid in full at booking and are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
- A single extension of 3 months is available for €50. Only one extension per voucher.
- Gift vouchers are non‑refundable.
6) Weather, Scheduling & Wait Times
- If adverse weather prevents jumping, we will reschedule to a mutually convenient date. No refunds are issued for weather‑related postponements.
- Postponed bookings may be subject to price changes that occur before the new date.
- Your arrival time is not your jump time. On busy days, waits of 4–6 hours can occur. Plan accordingly. We do not recommend bringing young children or elderly people to wait with you.
- Load organization varies. We cannot guarantee the number of tandem customers per flight; you may be on a flight without other tandem customers.
7) Media & Equipment Hire (All)
If you request equipment hire and/or video/photos, you must read and accept the specific terms and conditions provided at the office.
8) Solo Students — Equipment Responsibility
- All equipment provided for skydiving is maintained in proper working condition.
- You are responsible for the condition of any personal equipment. Even properly maintained gear can malfunction due to the extreme environment of skydiving.
- Any imperfection, damage, or loss due to misuse or negligence requires reimbursement of the item’s value to Skydive Atmosfera.
9) Solo Students — Insurance Documentation
- Before jumping, you must present documentation showing sufficient medical coverage and the mandatory Third‑Party Liability cover.
- EU members: the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) may not cover all costs and does not cover long‑term treatment or repatriation.
- If there is any doubt regarding your insurance coverage, the Skydive Centre may require you to obtain FEADA or HESTIA cover.
10) AFF Students — Repeat Levels
Any repeat levels must be paid in addition to the full course fee.
11) AFF Students — Weight & Physical Suitability
- Minimum reservation weight:50 kg.
- Under 55 kg: suitable instructors/equipment must be used, and a Safety Officer must confirm your physical suitability. Ideally, this assessment occurs before the course start; otherwise, it will occur on Day 1.
- Maximum reservation weight:110 kg.
- Over 95 kg: suitable instructors/equipment are required. An AFF Tandem may be included depending on the package. A Safety Officer must confirm physical suitability. A €45 service fee applies (payable at the start of the course).
12) Cancellations, No‑Shows & Deposits
- No‑show without at least 3 weeks’ notice: your deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellation within 3 weeks of the start date: you will be charged for accommodation at the current rate and a €100 administrative fee.
- All deposits are non‑refundable for any reason.
13) Course Validity, Extensions & Price Changes (AFF)
- Course deposits are valid for 12 months from purchase. If you do not complete within this period — for any reason (including weather, personal, work, travel, or health issues) — this policy still applies.
- You may purchase one extension of 6 months for €150. Only one extension per course.
- If course pricing changes before you finish training (within the 12‑month validity or the extension), the current price at the time of training applies. Any difference beyond amounts already paid (including deposit) must be settled before training continues.
- This policy reflects our commitment and the operational resources (aircraft, instructor time, capacity) reserved to honor your booking.
14) Paperwork
If you arrive without the required documentation, you may forfeit your jump/course and all costs incurred.
15) Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

18) Compliance

19) Incident Reporting
You must notify Skydive Atmosfera and Skydive Spain within 24 hours of any incident involving third parties that results from your skydiving activity.
20) Payments
- Accepted: Cash (euros), Bank Transfer (deposits only).
- Not accepted: debit cards, personal cheques, travelers cheques, American Express.
